HMMM.... yOU'RE WONDERING... HOW DOES BOOTCAMP WORK?

How much does it cost?

OPTION 1: 

$46.80/ month reoccurring monthly credit card draft


OPTION 2:

$60 Cash if paying month to month



At least 16 one hour classes at each park.


This price includes daily option of 2 Park locations/ ZOOM  


First class is COMPLIMENTARY. 

If joining mid-month it is prorated.


OPTION 3:

*$7 drop in per class Cash.  No Zoom recordings

Is there a minimum time frame that I must sign up for the autopay?

No time frame.  To cancel it is a 30 day notice or a $25 cancellation fee.  This is to keep everyone accountable.  

should i say that I am coming? or can I just show up?

Either way! Just show up 10 mins early on your first day for a couple forms!

Just come! It’s laid back. A couple papers to sign. Or here if you'd like to complete 

What do I need to bring?

YOU!!!  And water & a yoga mat (some to share if you dont have one yet)


PLEASE BRING DUMBBELLS 

(if you have them).  

A Light (5-12lbs) and Heavy (8-30lbs) set 

We provide over 500lbs of dumbbells to share, 

but our group is growing awesomely! 

Is this class COVID safe?

Yes, all equipment is sanitized and social distancing is totally doable outdoors! 

what time? is it every weekday? Where is the schedule?

9:30am.  Please see the Calendar and follow Instagram & like Facebook for the posted monthly schedule.  

Where do you meet?

Hampstead Kiwanis Park & Holly Ridge Municipal Park.  We workout under the pavilion. Please click here for directions/ more info.

What about first day jitters?

They are a real thing. We get it! Everyone has felt nervous to show up for something for the first time. We can promise you will feel instantly welcome.  If you'd like we can meet for coffee first just text Jen to meet 919-247-2796

I’ve never worked out; will this class be too difficult for me?

Nope! Come on girl! We got you! Every exercise is shown with modifications for beginner, intermediate & advanced.

Can I workout while I’m pregnant?

Yes!  Yes, both trainers are certified Pre-&Postnatal Coaches. The April 2020 ACOG guidelines recommend exercise before, DURING PREGNANCY & after pregnancy. At least 20-30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise most or all days of the week and adjusted as medically indicated.  *You are required to ask your doctor if you have any restrictions.  

I just had a baby, is this class a good fit for me?

Yes, both trainers are certified Pre-&Postnatal Coaches.  If your doctor has cleared you to resume exercise (usually 6 weeks postpartum) then YES this is the best fit!  We are supportive and love welcoming new ladies and snuggly babies!

Can I really get a good workout in with my baby/toddler there?

Yup! Chase after them if ya need (extra cardio lol) and get right back to it when you can Mama! They learn to stay with eye sight & most of the very very little ones stay under the pavilion.  It is laid back so do whatever you need to take care of your child (bottle feeding, nursing, snacks etc). 


*You are responsible for you own children at bootcamp. 

Can kids play while we workout?

YASSS bring your kids to play! They do NOT have to stay in a stroller. We love to see them active, smiling and all become friends! 

I’m in my Senior years, is this group just for young Mamas?

NO all ages are in OUR group! We have Beach Grandmas in their 70s that attend class weekly.

Is this a year round outdoor bootcamp?

OF COURSE!!! Our bodies just adjust to the hot humid summers and semi cold winters! We always feel good!  Winter we dress in 3 layers and end up in a tank or just a sports bra. 

Are there weekend or evening classes?

Yes ocassionally we have Saturday classes.  Please see the calendar

is class cancelled for bad weather?

No we always meet rain or shine since we are under the pavilion.  Please get the "WhatsApp" for very rare last minute schedule changes due to severe weather (hurricane/ice Zoom option) or sudden location change.

Are classes ever cancelled?

On a VERY rare occasion the trainer has the right to cancel class due to severe weather or illness. A makeup will be offered to have at least 16 classes per month. Our goal is to keep you extremely consistent to get results.

What certifications does the trainer have?

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Pre-& Postnatal Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach & Certified Weight Loss Specialist.  TRX Qualified Coach.  Click here to learn more about the Jen and click here to learn about Ashley.
