After I gave birth to my son and continued to breastfeed I was the skinniest I had ever been. I looked a little freaky honestly. When breastfeeding slowed down the weight started packing on and before I knew it I went from 144lbs to 166lbs. Over 20 pounds of fat was added on to my body.
I was looking into joining a gym or personal trainer or something I could do to workout because I knew I needed to have someone help me with workout plans, keep me accountable, and make sure I’m doing it all correctly because I had no clue what I was doing. I also knew I needed to change my eating habits.
I follow a workout regime set by Jen and meet with other moms and their kids at Kiwanis Park and do a 1 hour workout every weekday morning. Sometimes I really REALLY don’t want to do it. But I have my goals I want to reach and I know I’m on the path to get there.
I have gained a lot of muscle from where I was before. So the difference in weight in these 2 pictures is about 6 pounds. The muscle gained keeps the weight up, but I look and feel better so I don’t really care what the scale says. I NEVER post body pictures but the difference in just 3 months of better eating habits and good workouts that work every inch of my body is just too crazy to not share! I still have some more work to do to reach my goals but I know I’ll get there.

It has literally changed my life and I have gained an amazing system of girlfriends who all support each other and cheer each other on. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this group!

Ashley has perfect form and has increased volume and intensity. She is doing the advanced modifications of every exercise. Small daily improvements over time lead to noticeable gains! She is looking amazing and feeling stronger during her workouts! Way to go Ashley! I'm proud of you!
