Beach Mamas Bootcamp, LLC is here to strengthen the community for women in Wilmington, Hampstead, Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, Surf City, Topsail, Jacksonville & surrounding areas. The goal is to get *all women active and moving!
All workouts are shown with modifications for all fitness levels. Everyone has to start somewhere. We have ladies who have never worked out, pregnant & postpartum Mamas, Beach Grandmas & advanced fitness levels. The atmosphere is supportive and nonjudgmental.
Show up for yourself, the results will come, and you will have fun meeting a ton of friends! This is a group fitness class, but the trainers will work with you individually during class and help with accountability to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We are a close tribe of women who prioritize our health and fitness. We enjoy connecting people and getting ladies out of the house so we can grow friendships, always feel like we belong somewhere, and have a support group through all the crazy stages of life/Motherhood.
We welcome new ladies, and we are excited to grow!!!
Outside of the morning weekday workouts we do monthly Mamas Night Outs/In, 5Ks with fun themed tanks and tutus, Baby Showers/Sprinkles, Beach meetups, Summer Friday Swims at trainer's home after class, and the upcoming 6th annual Christmas Party
****You don't need children to be a Beach Mama****
This is not a child centered class, and we have plenty of women who come without kids.
Body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, wall ball, battle rope conditioning, agility ladder, speed hurdles, etc. Bring your children to play at the park. Little ones play with some toys on a blanket or babies stroller nap. New Mamas welcome!
